Everyone has an inbuilt need to grow and develop. This puts us in the realm of the creative and unknown and this by its very nature can often feel messy, chaotic, confusing, frustrating, and sometimes never ending. Therefore, the more we try to avoid the unknown and creative, the more likely we are to limit our ability to grow and develop.
